Women’s Squash and Social-Beginner Lessons.
Learn to play squash in a fun and social atmosphere! 
Squash is a great cardio workout, which tones your legs and glutes!
Each session will include instruction drills, conditioned games and gameplay. 
The final session will include an optional social night out! 
We can provide equipment.
